I’m Zain Hussain—a therapist-in-training with a background in psychology and a passion for helping people get unstuck.
I work primarily with young men navigating anxiety, identity struggles, and that quiet sense of being lost or disconnected in a world that tells them to “man up” and figure it out alone.
My approach is rooted in an existential framework—we’ll unpack the deeper stuff: purpose, freedom, responsibility, and what it actually means to live a life that feels true to you.
I bring a culturally sensitive lens to the work, especially for clients from immigrant, Muslim, or South Asian backgrounds who feel like they’re caught between two worlds.
I don’t do fluff or fake positivity. I offer honest, grounded conversations and practical tools to help you reconnect with yourself, take control of your life, and move forward with clarity and strength.
This is a space where you don’t have to have it all together—just be real, and we’ll work from there.
