Sex & Porn: Is it an addiction?

Perhaps what matters most is how you feel about your behaviours, and the impact of those behaviours on your life and on the lives of others.  At Guys Resolve, we do not diagnose.

Together, we can explore the topic with you in the context of your own life and discuss ways for you to change behaviour that you would like to change, enjoy what you choose to enjoy, and to improve your relationship with intimacy, and your ability to regulate your emotions, which is often at the root of the matter.

It is also important to be mindful that while the aim of many addiction treatment programs and support groups is abstinence, when it comes to sex, enjoying healthy sexuality and intimacy are often the goals.

You have options. And there is hope.

For those who want some insight into the different ways we can approach this question, there are a few important ideas. See the blog post on that topic here.
